Under Armor and RayRay are too visible this week to be fined. And if he is fined, UnderArmor will gladly pay for it.
If you saw UA and RL's exposure and presence at the NFL Experience, you understand why there will be no fine, however.

You realize this is what always happens. Nike paid jordan's fines when he started wearing jordans on the court. I doubt they had a problem paying those fines.

Technically speaking, no one else can pay your fines or reimburse you for them in the NFL. Given that this is Ray Lewis' last game, that's pretty much moot from a practical standpoint. That's probably the main reason Ray Lewis is doing this; close second is Lewis being an amazingly talented attention whore.

I actually think the Ravens will win and I'm okay with that.

I love how there were zero threads about how people hated Ray Lewis until he announced his retirement and now there are 10 every day.
