Brady actually cares about the games, is improving, and actually will speak out about things as the games going on. He's not the best, but I think he will be top tier next year.
Olsen is good, but sometimes can have verbal Ricky Bobby what do I do with my hands.
Romo started off great, but coasted and is now near the bottom.
Aikman looks to have stopped abusing prescription drugs, and is probably the best of the bunch when he's not randomly irritated at a player on the field. His consistent verbal abuse of Darnold last night was funny, but borderline unprofessional at times.
Collinsworth 5 years or less out of the NFL network was the best period. Over the years he's turned into this weird combination of Jon Gruden and John Madden, pointing out interesting situations but also just slobbering over people. I've noticed this year he is consistently missing pretty obvious things in his breakdowns. He loves Mahomes like Madden loved Favre.
Herbie is meh, average.
Trading out Michaels for Tirico hurt both guys. Tirico is still awkward, and I always get the feeling he should be better. Al Michaels was the best in the business, but has mailed it in on Amazon.
Joe Buck just annoys me. He's good at what he does, but he always sounds like an older banker/Accountant that got stuck at director and can't quite break through to partner.
Kevin Harlan is the current best commentator out there. Pat Summerall is still the goat, especially in his later years when he was just about sick of John Maddens shite (who also got annoying in his final years).

I told my wife that Aikman was going to need a bodyguard to keep Darnold's agent from murdering him. I used to find Aikman boring, but this season he seems like he has been more IDGAF and it has been much better.

I’d rather listen to my bones being slowly ground up than listen to Collinsworth or Aikman

Collinsworth and Heirb know their stuff and don't make you want to pull your hair out.
Romo knows his stuff, but never shuts up. Put down the pipe, man.
Brady knows his stuff, but has the personality of a doorknob.
Vilma is underrated.
