it's more the intensity. It's why you see so many ground balls back to pitchers just thrown away.

You've spent 100 throws going as hard as you can and then you have to lighten up. It's really hard to feel it.

Seeing that replay of the Molina HR makes me appreciate it even more. People who have never played don't realize how hard it is to turn your body in on a ball like that
