Just read where Baylor is currently 2nd all-time in YPG offensively to the H-town Cougars from back in 1989. If they go 12 YPG over their current average they will be #1 all-time. WOW! Props to the Bears. My kid almost went to Baylor for VB. Great campus! GEAUX Bears!

Ahhh..... Bragging is NOT allowed on ANY message board. I've learned my lesson..... However, if you look up UTA (Univ. of Texas at Arlington) and check the record books for all time leaders from 2008-2012 and the scholastic records you should find only 1 w magna-cum-laude that fits that criteria. UTA actually was in final 4 once for VB. They also are the only school in whatever conference they play w/o a football team. That's crazy b/c they have excellent facilities and host many charitable events at the football stadium. They need new direction and a new AD that can promote the university. My kid would be an EXCELLENT volleyball coach (she coaches now on the side)...... Next question?

I mean the whole golden dome is cool I guess and green and gold were meant to go together on a uniform but all Waco has going for it is that Texas Rangers Museum. I've been there and it is sweet. You drive 5 hours south of Dallas to get there and all you see is fields on the left and fields on the right. My bro-in-law who is a US Marshall and TAMU grad got married to a very nice lady in the town of West, Texas. It was a few miles north of Waco. Everybody in the town was of Polish decent. Their reception was at the VFW/Shriners post in West and we heard Polka music all night and I am pretty sure I witnessed a brother and sister having sex. Then somebody showed up with a black friend and the whole place fell silent
West, Texas was OK but Waco is just

No, you don't. It's roughly 100 miles away from Dallas and Austin.
Waco is still nicer than Starkville. Baylor's campus is really nice, and the new stadium on the Brazos River is going to be one of the best in the nation.

Don't hate on Baylor because they are clearly the best team in Texas and are actually relevant to the national title conversation. They took a dump on Texas so they are cool with me.

I remember Nemachek's (sp?)Pastries. Every business in town had a Polish name. Good eats. I think that is where that fertilizer plant blew up last year.
