The coach prime series on you tube is pretty entertaining. But you can see he built the WHOLE thing about HBCs and god calling him there and he sold it realllyyy hard. That’s why people are laughing at this.

I like how he told his players that he took the job because when black coaches get fired, they aren’t replaced with black coaches…..Deion is replacing a black coach who replaced a black coach

3 of the last 4 head coaches have been black

He brought D1 style recruiting to JSU. He can get into homes that won't even open the door to any other SWAC coach. He out recruited the rest of the SWAC. In a P5 conference, the recruiting is much more competitive. He also brought corporate money to JSU. Practice field was horrible so he calls up Walmart and guess what? He gets a new practice field. SWAC schools have had a problem getting that kind of access to corporate money as I'm sure most AA schools are. At P5 schools, there are other people that get corporate money. Your competitors all have access to corporate money. He won't be the only one doing these things in his conference.

Do you really think that translates? Hate to break it to you, but super rich corporations aren't really big on throwing money at already rich places. Sanders' recruiting pitch and funding pitch ain't really going to ring true now, is it? Now he has to reveal his coaching chops, which are bargain basement. I've been told he'll pull 80=90% of the recruits he targets. Ask yourself this, if you have aspirations of making it to the next level, are you going to trust Sanders to make that happen, or the other dude with a resume of doing it and 20 years of experience?

Let this FACT sink in....he convinced a few black athletets to come to JSU "to make HBCU's great again".....now him and his son are looking for a house in Boulder, CO.
