Question now is who gets the boot from rotation. Yo, Lohse, Estrada, Narveson are in, I'd venture to guess. Wily or Fiers?

FTR, I don't see them picking Peralta over Fiers. And Rogers is starting the season on the DL possibly according to Roenicke.

We added Mark Reynolds and Brett Myers too. Would be great if Trevor Bauer could hold down a rotation spot.

I think the biggest addition is Francona though.

Hopefully Fiers gets the nod. Peralta got shite on yesterday vs. San Diego. :bang head:

ETA: Was at Reds game when Fiers went perfect through 6

I like Peralta but Fiers is the obvious pick, IMO.

I think the Indians will be a fun team this year.

Not sure if they will be any good, but they will be fun.

The entire staff has gotten shite on this spring with the exception of Narveson. Let's see if he can keep that distinction going today.

After the last few years that's all I ask for.

Plus, beers are only 4 bucks at the Jake this year

One more spot between: Cory Wade, Zach Putnam, Rafael Dolis and Hisanori Takahashi.
I call Dolis for this spot. If he can work out his control issues he will be solid in the future. The movement he pitches with is filthy.
Dolis was already sent down.

You are correct. He was sent down yesterday and I didn't see it since yet I was driving from Baton Rouge to Houston after the LSU baseball game.

My guess is that one of the other three will win the last bullpen spot then.

Which makes me think this move was Mark seeing that and freaking out. Otherwise why wouldn't they spend that money 3 months ago?

Mark wanted to keep the payroll under $80 million this year. So much for rebuilding.

Yeah. I just read that.

Down to Peacock/White for the 4th spot in the rotation.
