No I mean TCU could be the better team.

How you figure OU a lock at this point? With that D and 2 tough games left (TCU and BXII champ). Anything but a lock.

It'll be interesting to see how the committee does the seeding if undefeated Georgia and undefeated Alabama play in the SECCG.

The loser of that game would have to be the lowest seed, right? And the winner the highest seed? But do they really make both teams play again a couple weeks later?

Mulligan Bowl Part II should be avoided at all cost, IMO.

Instead of manipulating the seeding, I'd be more comfortable just leaving the losing team out entirely.

I think the loser gets in, but at #3, no way they make them replay a game.

But then you're penalizing a team for losing to #1 while rewarding other teams for losing to teams with as many as 5 or more losses.

You're right, and that would suck. But I can easily see the committee just seeing the SECCG as a quarterfinal.

I know it technically doesn't matter when a team loses, but in this case - because it is the last game of the season - I could see it being a factor.

For example, a UGA/ND rematch doesn't sound nearly as bad to most.

Full disclaimer: I'm one of those "win your conference or frick off" playoff people

Clemson’s loss to Syracuse should not be forgiven. Sorry. That’s a terrible loss.

Is it any worse than their loss to Pitt last season?

My opinion is if Bama ends the regular season undefeated the committee will put them in regardless if they lose the championship game.

ND is in if they finish with one loss eventhough it is dumb.

UGA has to finish unbeaten eventhough the two statements above make that ridiculous.

If Wisconsin is undefeated they should get in, but of course the gameday panel didn’t care. The Big 10 would lose their shite though. May be a perfect storm to fix the stupid committee system.

I too believe that Wisconsin should get in if they get through these next 4 games undefeated.

Alabama
Oklahoma
Georgia
Notre Dame

Georgia’s cruises in the first half against Oklahoma setting themselves up for a revenge game against Alabmaa after losing the SEC Championship, and like their professional counterparts blow a big lead, setting up Alabama-Oklahoma
