I understand where you're coming from, but it's not that easy. The scholarship situation is messed up from the previous coach, so they weren't able to bring in as many immediate impact players they might normally get in a recruiting cycle with Les. On top of this, they lost five starters on offense (QB, WR, Center) as well as seven defensive starters on top of this, one their projected starting LB's just entered the transfer portal this week.

They can be competitive in six games, but saying a ceiling is 6-6 isn't indicative of what the team is capable of this season. Again, I hope I'm wrong, and this team outperforms my highest hopes.
