Sounds like cc turned it on a little early because of social interaction. Si couldn't keep it up may have been why ride on curlin came on at end.

$38 on the $1 tri. I hit it but lost a little money. Was hoping for ria to do something to win big.

Here's my advice. Do NOT make the move on the turn at Belmont. It's a long, long, long turn and it saps energy. Make it in the stretch or be where you need to be to push ahead at the end of the backstretch.

Espinoza was just talking about that and basically said he wanted to go with Social Inclusion went early to keep from getting boxed in.

LOve that overhead shot, you can really see that ROC really couldn't get within about 2 lengths at the end.

I have no idea whether California Chrome can get the mile and half, but I cannot even tell you all how unbelievable impressed I am that this horse has been running for a year straight without a break. That is INCREDIBLE in this day and age.

Don't get blinded by the "close" of Ride on Curlin. If you can't understand how Victor only hit his horse once or twice and Rosario was getting down on his, then I can't help you. He was 3 behind at the head of the lane and got beat by a length or a length and half. So that big close gained 2 lengths tops.

The owner took a little jab at Churchill..probably deserved, as they cater to their own VIPs, regardless of horse connections.

I see Rio Antonia finished last. Not surprising. Tom Amoss should be ashamed of himself for entering her in this race.

He thanked Maryland for their hospitality and said they could teach Churchill Downs a thing or two.

Earlier today, he mentioned that he "pissed off" some people in Kentucky.

He said how great the customer service was at Pimlico, and then said "you could learn something from them, churchill downs".

I put $1 on a Chrome + Curlin exacta at least it cut some of my losses but that is 2 tickets cashed in 2 of the 3 triple crown races which is 2 more than usual

hope Chrome gets the triple!

Gonna have to play the drag racing at Los Al tonight
