not getting in.

No.

nice player. he is in the same era with three actual HOF QBs.
1. Brady
2. Ben
3. Manning

Ben won two, one of which he carried his team to break the hearts of Phoenix Cardinals. Brady won 4, lost two (one due to helmet catch). Big Manning won one.
Rivers won NONE.
Will Brady win another one? At least.
Will Ben win another one. Maybe
Will Manning win another one. Maybe.
Will Rivers win one? Ha.
Little Manning has already won two and no one considers him a HOF QB.

Most definitely. Hell imagine if he had been on the Seahawks or any really great team, he would have won 2-3 Superbowls I think.

Eli, Rivers and Romo have never been considered the best in the league at their position. Hell, they haven't been in the top 2-3. HOF should be reserved for the absolute elite. Not the hall of pretty good

Like it or not, Eli will be in. He'll have a ton of yards/TD's at the end of his career with 2 SB MVP's.

Rivers:
270 TDs
129 Int
39,408 yards

Montana:
273 TDS
139 Int
40,551 yards

One stat missing SB wins and SB MVP's that's why one is in the Hall and the other one probably won't be in it.

Hell of a retort. I can tell you went back, looked at the stats, compared them to other QBs, and came to a logical conclusion.

just answer this, no need for stats. Would you have taken tony romo over rodgers or brady in 2014? Would ant nfl gm take them? Same for Rivers

As for Rivers in 2008, who played better?

would you take Rivers over every other qb in 2008? That is the question. That what being the absolute best in the league means. Romo and Rivers have never had that stigma. Brady has, Manning has, Brees has, Rodgers has. none of the other guys have out of this current group of qbs.

That's a tough call. But for the sake of argument, sure. He had a better season than all of the other QBs.

then you are a fool. Taking a qb not because he is better and knowing that no one else would take him. Shows your true colors
