You can please see your way out of this discussion now. That is a ridiculous thing to say at this juncture.

The best thing the PGA has going for it is Greg Norman

Even Mingo will tell you that. A true diplomatic representative could have really made the PGA look bad

For now. It’s the first tournament. They could purge everyone with the money they have

No, no it isn’t.

Those guys are all still on the PGA tour. And the two strongest of those listed have absolutely made it no secret they hate LIV
How are you 100% certain that none of the young guys are thinking about making the move but just haven't quite pulled the trigger yet?

I just got through watching every shot of the LIV and so did many more. The place was packed with fans. Not bad for day one.

Reversing this decision ends them immediately
It looks childish, for one thing. Second, is if they are treating the players as independent contractors for tax purposes, they just stepped in it big time. The law is very clear (for tax and insurance purposes) that an independent contractor cannot be prohibited from working for others, elsewise, that person is actually an employee, not an independent contractor. Severe tax implications coming up.

Have you ever had an independent thought or do you just show up to get directions?

They aren’t prohibiting from working with others.

We watched those guys work today at LIV

Mostly because I don't make up my mind watching CNN/FoxNews/Golf Channel.

Would it make you happy if I said

“The top young guys are PUBLICLY firmly in the PGAs corner”?

The guys that have went so far all have some wishy washy answers and somewhat loomed hesitant. Especially Bryson. That dude was as non-commits as ever. DJ didn’t say shite, saw Phil get roasted, and then did a terrorist like interview and waited for the fires to die

Rory, JT, Scottie, zalatoris, and Morikowa haven’t mixed words. If they deflect it’s a 100% about face

Rahm is the only other top young guy that has been sketchy

You're just doing the speaking in absolutes thing again. It's always your biggest downfall.

I honestly wasn’t trying to speak in absolutes

The pga does have the top young guys firmly in their corner, at least in public

The biggest shoe to drop would be if someone like zalatoris or burns went to LIV. Far bigger deal than anyone that has went so far

I don’t give a frick about the pga tour or LIV as entities. I just don’t want something that disrupts golf. It has been absolutely perfect from a fans perspective. A shite ton of tournaments to watch where the best players are together

If LIV crushes the PGA and becomes like it was before, I would be happy as a clam. My worry is LIV winning would mean far less golf
