I'd argue Indians is more offensive than Redskins. I mean they do have red skin, they aren't even from India. Also we literally stole, cheated, or forced our way onto every inch of this country at the expense of Indians, I'm sure the name of a football team is what they're concerned with. If anything they're probably it keeps them in the spotlight, be pretty easy to forget they're still a distinct community otherwise
