Fixed your typing errors.

On a neutral field, it'd be a good ballgame.
Right now, Moevao is injured and Snead is healthy so I'd give a slight edge to Ole Miss based on that.

Also FWIW Moevao played the entire game against us...not that impressive. Most of his yards were in the 2nd half after we had subbed.

I give you this NL, if its PSU v Florida, I think UF would win, it will not be a repeat of the last 2 BCSCG.

We're really not that bad. If people want to beat the conference drum I'm all for a good laugh. FWIW I think you know I support the theory that Florida is playing the best football in the country right now.

Of course we saw how well Florida prepared for Michigan last year. Oh wait...did I just say a Big 10 team beat an SEC team last year in a bowl game? That's not possible H!!! It can't be!!!

keep in Mind it was Carr's last game, it tends to motivate a team to win one last one for a long time coach that is retiring (not one leaving for the NFL ) UF's D was really young and not good last year, they seem to have gotten it together and are using their speed backs now.

Yep they were really motivated for Lloyd. That was more a jab at ranter logic than anything else.

I know better than to group you with typical ranter logic.

Oh and JoePa is having hip and knee surgery after the bowl game (whichever bowl game we go to) so the players will be preparing like it's JoePa's last game...especially if it's the BCSNCG.

If Florida couldn't stop lame duck Lloyd...well...

I agree with Pete Carroll totally here. How can any viewer tell me that Texas is better than USC. At least their loss was on the road (Florida).

No one will be able to convince me that USC couldn't hang with UF/PSU/UT/OU/TT/Bama etc.

maybe he might wanna try winning a national championship game played in his own backyard and not losing to oregon state twice, stanford, oregon, and UCLA ... hmmmm in that group i only see one good team ... carroll has no one to blame but himself .. he's had the national media sucking his dick for the last five years, dying to annoint his program as a dynasty and he hasn't come through ... he has one BCS NC to show for all of it ..

You're trying to discredit Pete Carroll, but his record since coming to USC is better than any other football coach at any other program in that time frame.

The consistency of excellent football teams, the 6 BCS bowl games, the AP National Championship, the BCS National Championship, 4 consecutive wins over SEC teams (3 blowouts, one road shutout)
Those are a lot of "attaboys" that the "aw shits" you're sniping with can't cancel out.

Lobby all you want, the BCS is bull headed and it is not going to happen. Until they can figure a way to make more money from a playoff system, they are not going to do it. We are stuck with the current system for a while. So again Carroll can keep crying for it but wish in one hand and shite in the other, see which fills up first. Everyone knows it will not happen until the contract is up, if it happens then.

He shouldnt be voicing this to the media, he should be in his commissioner's office threatening to leave the school if he doesnt get off the Rose Bowl's dick and support a playoff. At least when the SEC coaches say it, their conference leader is not quietly hiding behind the scenes voting against it.

You are mistaken. In fact, the SEC commish agreed to support the current BCS format/plan at the 2007 SEC spring meetings.

I think Pete Carroll should spend a few minutes every week reading the "OFFICIAL BCS THREAD"

Not sure why anyone is suprprised that SC dropped after TT beat UT in a close game. I truly think PC gets it, but is just lobbying.

well he sounds like a retard who doesn't get it even though his job is college football.

USC is great team, but they have as many losses as OU, Texas, and Florida with an easier schedule. Its not that hard to "get"

Yeah. He could have left out the hundred or so "I just don't get how it works".
