Can you imagine the shitstorm if it's shown that JP & Mcqueary knew about the 1998 incident?

TOTALLY AGREE with you on that. They're too busy pulling people over at the exit by the hospital and the tech complex. My wife got a ticket over there for going like 4 miles over and the cop said "I wouldn't give you a ticket but I have to because I'm on camera." Ugh.

i rememebr the scandal my time there was a state college cop hit a drunk kid on state patty's, then they blamed the kid because he was drunk and the cop said he jumped in front of him. turns out the cop was speeding and just nailed the kid without paying attention

my story with the PD was when i drove my truck down to chipotle over by McClanahans (i think that's the drug stores name that is right next to pollock and south halls) and the cop came over bitching i couldn't have anyone in my tailgate and telling everyone to get out and that i was lucky i wasn't getting a ticket. my friends started arguing saying he was making this way too big a deal and the dude lost it was about to right me and my friends a ticket. they can all go choke on a bowl of dicks

Really don't think anybody is defending Sandusky in this thread. But you keep on painting with that broad brush.

I was just making en equally as asinine comment in retort to the poster saying that b10 fans were out to get joepa because of anything to do with football.

What worries me the most is that kids are brought up to respect/trust their coaches, so Not blowing the whistle LOUD and CLEAR on this allowed a bunch a parents to unknowingly drop off their children to a sexual predator. In addition, those same parents told their kids to respect and listen to the coaches at the camp.

That is a recipe for disaster!!!!

Then both should resign and both should be charged. I don't understand why the AD is charged with something that JP or MM do either - report the crime.

Like the representative from the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office said, if you are worried about losing your job, all you have to do is call 911 and report it. At every level, it was reported and nothing was done with it. From the janitor on up to the administration, nothing was done. Nobody ever called the police and reported it.

My guess is this SAndusky creep has been preying on young boys for a long long time. you don't just wake up in your 40's and 50s and start doing this sick crap. there is no telling how many kids we'll never know about that this creep victimized. He fits the classic profile. he puts himself in a position to always be around kids, creates situations for him to be alone with them after winning their trust. he has a clear pattern or "style" with sleepovers and getting them into a shower and taking advantage of them.

I hope to God some of his other victims will come to the fore and have the courage to stand up and expose this MFer.

May the FULL wrath of God fall on this creep and EVERYONE who enabled him to continue abusing..even by their silence

This is exactly what has most people here the most angry. He started a foundation to help kids and basically used it to exploit them. It's beyond comprehension for me to imagine what kind of a human being would even think to do something like that.

I know people personally who have donated to that foundation and they are beyond sick. Second Mile has done a lot of good though notwithstanding.

Very very easy concept. Not sure why some people don't get it.

Those are the people who should be coming after PSU and Sandusky with the full force of Hell. They unknowingly aided a mad man in his crimes. If I was a donor It would be very hard for me not take matters into my own hands at this point.

How can that coaching staff look any parent in the eye and say your kid will be safe here at our school. We handle any problems in-house!

Dispicable. I put them below Lane Kiffin on the scumbag scale.

And the 8 victims in the report..without fail were redshirted their first year in the program. It was not until their second year he would start messing with them. So he gave himself a whole year to groom them and get them used to getting this special treatment and he would just re-load each year. So he alway had his age appropriate victims in a system.

There is an area chapter here where I live and Sandusky usually goes to an annual dinner for the foundation. He didn't go to this year's dinner but just knowing he had been coming here for years makes me sick to my stomach.

That could possibly explain why he didnt personally put a stop to it for a week or so, but not for a damn decade. JoePa is a sham.

of course he knew Sandusky was raping kids for 10 years. He just turned his head. Shoot, judging by people in this thread, he might as well have partook in these molestations.

Sandusky was accused in 98 of messing with kids in the locker room. Then there was the incident in 2002 in the locker room. Despite all of that, Sandusky was still working out in the locker room as of last week. There is no way you can argue that Paterno handled this the right way.
