If he's going over to espn. Will he still be able to "tank top" it out like he does now all the time?? Also, I think espn grabbed him because he's always got Aaron "damn" Rodgers on his show. Now they'll be able to have exclusive access to Rodgers and his zany arse personality all of the time , especially with him being in NY now this is really a BIG thing.

This is either a chance for ESPN to fix itself and actually focus on bringing good, big personalities back, or Pat just fricked up big time. I’ve been a fan for awhile, I’m not too big a fan of this news but I’ll give it a few weeks of watching on ESPN. I do wonder if this is the end of bringing Rapsheet on the show

You don't have to be an old fart to get extremely annoyed by a glorified WWE hypeman making Gameday even more unwatchable.
Yeah, you kinda do. Especially when you only know him for something he's done a handful of times when he was already 2-3 years into the sports talk business.

Everyone of us posting would be moving to another job if we got a fat raise.
He didn't get a raise if the released numbers are correct. He was getting 30m a year from Fanduel whereas the ESPN deal is for 10m a year. The gain is ESPN's production structure making the show easier on Pat to run.

McAfee is best suited for the wacky side character, but somehow he's proven to be more than that. Let's see how it works out with ESPN.

I'm curious how fanduel is going to go about this. Because they bought and renovated the "studio" they are in just for his show.

I thought they said it would be on ESPN+ and the show would not change at all. So he wouldnt have to worry about language.

It's gonna be on ESPN, ESPN+, and streaming on ESPN's YouTube channel at the same time.

I actually feel like someone like Rodgers might be less reluctant to go on now, him being able to freely speak his mind (vaccines, Fauci, Psychedelics) is probably a good reason he gave them the time of the day, obviously those kinds of talks want happen on ESPN.
