This may pull some of the marginal Pac 10/12 programs out of the red

That's a real television deal... very similar to the Big 10 and SEC

this is why you need short TV deals...

imagine what the SEC could get if theirs came up again. the PAC-12 with some podunk schools is getting that much, way more than they're worth

Seattle, Los Angeles, San Fransisco Bay Area, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Denver are just a few of the markets interested in PAC 12 teams. I know they can't compete with urban juggernauts like say, Starkville MS, but they're decent markets.

They were talking on the radio, that Utah goes from making around 1 mil in the Mountain West to around 24 Mil with this new TV deal.
