Refs took over this game pretty big in the second half.
But they missed the Randle step in the first.
The ref also missed the UTEP player punch at around 17:25 here at it was right in front of him: LINK
He’s got the RBs jersey and throws a punch at him from behind for no reason. Its out of bounds. He’s not trying to knock the ball out. Refs just kinda sucked.
