Anyone that gets fired is getting paid.
But for image reasons, Ohio State would still fire them all.
Not that they are similar situations, but the Ohio State band director got fired with alleged knowledge of sexual harrasment so this President has precident of pulling the trigger.

Gotta say, Cramer, firing a coach like Meyer for something like this with the regular season approaching would be the most unadvisable thing ever, this is a fricked up situation concerning the Smiths’ personal life don’t get me wrong but this doesn’t rise to the level of taking OSU down like Penn State and Baylor and it shouldn’t, money talks and when OSU starts smoking fools this ordeal will be a footnote in errythang

The Ohio State University and Ohio State football is bigger than any one person(s).
It could easily happen.
I don't think Urban will be fired if he did indeed report this through the proper channels as required by contract.
Someone is going down though I think.
If not, Ohio State better be buttoned up with every base covered to answer all questions. And from the handling of this situation from the firing and through media day, I don't think they have that in them.
I think AD Gene Smith is in danger.
It could easily happen.

Here’s my prediction: if Urban followed protocol Like he claimed, all tOSU’s gotta do is conduct some damage control in the forthcoming days and, once the season starts, no one’s gonna remember this because they’ll all be consumed by football, this is not a situation that should take down a football program and legendary coach from an outsider perspective
