Well, I'm not going to tell Phil Knight to quit pumping money into the program. Say what you want, but all these outlandish uniforms and amazing facilities are what really put Oregon athletics on the map.
Now, I wasn't a fan of the highlighter yellow socks we wore in the BCS National Championship game...

I think they should worry about kids/parents accepting money to play and kids selling things and getting free passes to play in bowl games first.
That being said, the uniforms are gay, but I could care less. That floor is ugly too, but I still don't care. I didn't even know those were supposed to be trees. I thought someone spilled paint thinner in the middle of the floor.

Why is it such a dumb thread? Because you think it is. I think it is interesting to get other people opinion on what they think of the playing surfaces of football fields or basketball courts and the crazy arse uniforms that Oregon wears. So tell me again why would this be the dumbest post of the year again?
FYI, they have an article on yahoo about the basketball court and how it is giving fans headaches watching games on it already. It will be changed before soon, book it!

I would have LOL'ed had the Auburn student section started throwing fake wads of cash in the air after their victory. I kept hoping the entire game that they would do that.

A lot of them have come around. When the diamond plate unis came out most were like wtf? But it has grown on people, now you see diamond plated O stickers on trucks and whatnot. I am sure there are still some that don't like it as much but most realize what it has done for the program and how it is part of their tradition now.
fwiw....I like what Oregon does.
