Well yeah that’s the reality for pretty much every place. Saban dealt with it at Alabama and Bowden deal with it during his run at Florida State. Elite coordinators are almost always going to want to be HCs at some point. That’s nothing new. Being able to keep your talent on your roster and motivating guys that are around is what’s new.

It's kinda nuts. I don't even think anyone would hire him as a dc but some school is going to hire him as a head coach off of 2019. Crazy world.
