My favorite college football podcast said that if there was any bet to make this week it's as to.take the ducks
One guy said there is no way on earth Oregon has fallen so far so fast that they are only a single score favorite over the likes of UC. The line is probably an over reaction to Oregon's lost last week.
If this holds up, The Solid Verbal is going to be awesome to listen to.

Oregon is fine. We've had two very good classes in a row. Travis Waller will be a very good qb.
