It makes the fumble call from Tech-UGA look even worse. Progress was stopped for much longer that time and the SEC refs gave the ball to UGA.

It's not like he blew a whistle to stop the play too early. The ball was out for 2 seconds before a whistle blew. Not even a judgment call.
