I’d say 700,000 isn’t good

Especially if they are counting every time the 5 hour live event that can only be streamed was clicked on

I’m about 12 of those clicks and I watched a total of about 7 minutes

Everyone knows you are lying about 7 minutes. You are addicted.

There’s a solid chance it was less than 7 minutes

I watched 1 shot

Grace over in the right trampled rough with a cut lie that helped him maneuver around/over a tree

My other 11 clicks were random compulsions throughout the afternoon that lasted seconds

ETA: I think I’ve accidentally teed up a joke there

It’s a joke about Paul Casey’s incredibly lame WDs earlier this year when he had no intention of playing a round and just wanted to pick up a check (which meant an alternate could not take his place).

Him going to LIV surprises me 0%.

But LIV has gotten some big players. More than I thought they would as of now. The majority of their gets are bigger in terms of name vs. actual play level right now, but that can definitely draw some viewers. I think DJ and Bryson are clearly the biggest losses if we look forward for the next 5-10 years.

What I find funny is LIV fans are watching hoping the viewer numbers keep rising and you guys are clicking and hoping it goes down. Need a TV deal.

Big names equal big draws. Thus the panic all over Jay Monahan's face a few weeks ago when Bryson and Brooks said aloha to the PGA.

The thing is we are only two events into the LIV schedule. A very abbreviated one at that. It's more than clear to me that this exodus will be ongoing and as soon as LIV is set up for a full season I can see even the next tier of takers ready to abandon the PGA ship.

This is as much an indictment about how the PGA has chosen to do business with these players over decades and the real relationship they have with them as any place they are heading. I do believe the PGA golfers have zero fear of future suspensions and threats by Monahan's puppy dogs.

it’s true

Fox/FS1 will surely pick them up I’d think

LIV seems perfect for the brand they’ve been building the last few years

And pride

What’s keeping tennis from going through an LIV takeover?

What does the governing body do that would prevent these guys from leaving?

I have likely watched less tennis than you over the last 10 years. And just because tennis is a little too physical for someone of your stature doesn’t mean you have to feel threatened by it

What's a good golf view? Seems about right?

Not a sport. It's a game.

If you haven't realized by now that you and pride have been getting mocked relentlessly in every LIV thread for the past month or more...mannnn.
