Don't be an idiot. It is the coaches poll award. Today is the final bcs poll, there is no bcs poll champion.

So, after Florida beats Oklahoma, the running BCS Champs tally will look like:
SEC= 5 BCS titles
Pac-10= 1 BCS title
SEC= 5 BCS titles
Pac-10= 1 BCS title

No it's not. The wording of the contract is that the Coaches poll will agree to vote the winner of the bcs nc game #1. It is just the coaches poll award, nothing more, nothing less. THough in 2003 a few coaches still voted USC #1.

We were not coaches poll co-champs. We were the outright AP champions, while the fifty-deuces were the outright Coaches poll champs.
