I say give Boise a chance at the NC just so they get destroyed. Then we won't have to hear about how they deserve a shot every year.

True, I'd actually enjoy Boise as our opponent in the BCSNCG the most.

Meh, Vandy should have beaten them yesterday. Ole Miss is not good at all. I guess they get some cred for being able to pull out close wins, but they are all mediocre teams.

In the past few years they have beaten a total of TCU in a BCS bowl, a good not great Oklahoma team in a BCS bowl, a decent Georgia team in a down East, and Oregon team with a thugged out QB on opening night. I might be wrong, but I'm fairly sure thats it. I really want to see them play an actual killer and see how they do.

My opinion is that they shouldn't qualify for the BCSNCG though - just like FCS schools can't qualify for it, non-AQ schools shouldn't. I don't care if Boise schedules 4 OOC BCS schools, I wouldn't let them play in it. The BCSNCG game is for BCS teams. Period.

At least you're honest enough to admit that you're an AQ snob for whom schedule strength doesn't matter.

Based on prior history, if Boise were to meet Bama in the Sugar Bowl, they have a good chance. Bama teams that are disappointed not being in the NC game tend to not do well. See Utah v. Bama. But if they were to meet in the BCS championship, I think Bama blows them out. I think LSU blows them out in either game.

They just need to keep winning and they'll likely be in. I don't see why LSU fans give a crap. Boise should be in the title and have to play the LSU/Bama winner. Just think of the pounding they would get.
