in the Pro-Am...he is in the tournament! Since he is such a big name he doesn't have to play in the wednesday event!

Pretty sure they made a rule where a certain percentage of the top 100 in the WGR has to play. Steve Flesch was telling me something about it 2 years ago. Normally all the big names play due to it.

Reed isn't from Baton Rouge but did live here for a while. Was a member at Sherwood. Solid player. He made the cut last week at Valero.

Solid player

Dude was a stud in High School, then at Augusta State and will be a full time Nationwide player next year. That is greater than solid.

Relax bro. Solid is a good thing. Chumps don't make cuts in PGA tour events (Valero). He won't be on the Nationwide tour very long....he will be a regular on the PGA tour.

I'm pulling for him, Loupe, and Peterson. All three should have a very long & prosperous career.

I feel bad for Anthony Kim. He's was a top 40 ranked player 18 months ago and on top of the world and goes in for routine thumb surgery and now he can't break 75. When you lose it in golf it's extremely difficult to get it back.

To stray slightly off target, but stick to golf, McCord is the guest on Feherty's show tonight. Funny stuff.

Speaking of making cuts, Bud Cauley committed to play today. One year ago today he was playing in the SEC Championship golf tournament as a junior at Alabama. Since then he's made the cut in 18 of his first 21 events. Amazing start to a career.

Just watched it. I didn't realize Tin Cup was based on his life. I always thought it was Tom Watson that got him banned from Augusta.

Based on what I've read, Watson was in favor of the green jackets telling CBS to remove McCord from the Masters coverage.

When you're at the highest level, and you make it the least important thing you're doing, you deserve nothing
