As far as the GOAT argument. With Djokovic taking over as the greatest player in the world, Del Potro coming back on hard courts, it's not like he's ever going to be considered a favorite on any hard court slam possibly ever again. He just got beaten on grass at Wimbledon by someone other than Federer.
It's not that far-fetched that Nadal may not win many more (if any, although that's probably doubtful) majors on any surface outside of clay.
