He double crossed a 3 wood and it looked like it was going in the water thats not in play...hits a tree and almost finds the fairway.

Joe is a stand in that gives no input on anything. If that makes you a great caddie, any chick can do it.

I don't know much about LaCava, but he must be pretty good at what he does. Dustin Johnson fired his caddie to hire Joe, then Tiger took him from DJ a few months later. I'd venture to say that if those two guys sought him out, he does a little more than some chick.

Johnson needed a a guy like LaCava. Low key, silent type who says just a couple words at the right times. He is a great caddie, but he is not for Tiger. Tiger needs fuel for fire. Not a silent type. Thats why Stevie and him won so much. Butch told Johnson to use your full potential you need a veteran caddie like LaCava.

One of the biggest reasons for Joe leaving Johnson was talk that he may take up european status. Joe has 2 kids and wanted to be closer to them. With Tiger, he plays a limited schedule.
