Yep, I guess I was just looking for some support I don't a problem with Morris or Pittman, but with this being a 12 team league and a limited bench, I had to pick them up with Addai out and Turner off. I am now leaning toward Pittman. Thanks man

Good luck. Maybe they'll both have big games.

My receivers are Braylon Edwards, Colston, and Antonio Bryant. Bryant came up big, but Colston didn't have a catch. Should I stick with these 3? Or try and trade?

Dawg, who's on your bench? Anyone? I am going to check out the chatter re Colston on the Saints board in a minute. Certainly, there will be an explanation or opinion about the issue. I saw no attempt by the Saints to stretch the field. The only passes over ten yards were caught by the guys in blue jerseys. The whole Saints offense (incl. Brees) looked abysmal. Not sure whether Colston is back to the pine for me, but I'll let you know what I find out.

OMG! With fans like those (the ones on the Saints Board), who needs detractors? They are just silly. Absolutely zero information. Just ranting and ranting. I'm never going back there again.

Not yet, but gosh they looked bad yesterday. I'd consider parking him on the bench for a game or so, but he's still better than anyone you could pick up in my league. The only free agent in my league with a higher average is Antonio Bryant, and I can't see benching a superstar like Marv for a journeyman like Bryant. In fantasy football, patience is a rare virtue. Maybe you have a bench player with a good match up for next week or an unexpected opportunity on the waiver wire. But do you really want to be the coach/owner/GM who benched Marv just before he starts to light it up?

Hey, Voo Doo,

Maroney out for season

Mike Reiss, of the Boston Globe, reports the New England Patriots have placed RB Laurence Maroney (shoulder) on Injured Reserve, according to an NFL source.
Morris may be more valuable than first thought.

The prior posts in this thread are not too long. You might try starting at the beginning and just reading up to now.

you seem to be the fantasy expert. I have a huge game this weekend against a good buddy.

thomas jones @ KC
rhodes @ten
portis @ det
graham @ dal
moore vs. NYG

i'm thinking Jones (for sure)/portis (for sure)/moore

evans @ mia
bruce @ NYG
colston vs SD
harrison @ GB

my WR situation this weekend will just be terrible. I guess it'll have to be evans/bruce.

Ocean, week 7 is not over yet. You have to wait until later in the week to make these kinds of decisions.

I wouldn't be down about having to play Evans. He's on my team and has had a great year.

Another reason to wait until one week is over before you start planning for the next one. Bruce played the NYG in Week 7; the Steelers play NYG in week 8. The 49ers play Seattle in Week 8. If the Seahawks can make Antonio Bryant look like the second coming of Michael Irvin, then I'm pretty sure that even J.T. O'Sullivan can light 'em up.

Marvin is in Tennessee this week. Not the place to fix whatever's ailing Peyton.

Have a little patience, and these decisions will be easier to make.

I am gettin rid of Favre. He almost lost me my game. Favre throws 2 picks a game. I also have Edwards but i think ill get another free agent qb. Any recomendations?

I didnt play L White and Chris Johnson together and what a mistake. But who knew White would romp 80 yards like that. I will be holding on to both of them.

Orton. The Bears play the Lions again in Week 9. Also, Garcia's numbers weren't crap last night. I just heard that Bryant is going to get the start even when Galloway gets back. They're gonna use Galloway in "different roles," whatever that means. Plus, TB has two good RBs and the city's got a winning spirit right now. Could be that's the bandwagon to jump on this week.

BTW, I also have Moore and I have Peterson on a bye this week. Last week I drove myself crazy trying to get info. on Parker so I could decide who to start. I had "probably won't play" on Thursday and "definitely out" by Friday. In fact, until he stepped in that whole on Monday, he was fine and prepared to start last week. You just can't start worring about next week just yet.
