I got ya. I'm not sure which one I liked better. Both were tough courses. I think I scored better at the Canyons, but both were fun and in good condition when I played them.

I prefer copper mill over beaver and it's closer and cheaper

There's only like a $4 difference between them on Fridays.

Any idea which is in better shape?
I'm good with copper. Haven't played there since the summer.

Not on Friday. Beaver is $46 and can play at coppermill for $29 on golfnow.

I thought so also. Nothing on their website. Maybe that deal is done.

Headed to Pebble this Summer. Promised my son I would take him when he signed to play college golf. He signs to play D1 in April. Pebble is a magical place. It's the absolute best vacation I've ever been on, looking forward to making these memories with my son.

He is going to love it. My advice to him is to not take the round too seriously and just enjoy the place. I was lucky enough to play pebble and looking back I was too concerned about trying to play well that I forgot to soak up the mystique.

Where did he sign?

Thanks for the advice. Yes, the place is awesome. Just the walk is great, whether you play or not.

I hate to give out the specific school, I'll just say Southland Conference.
