Why in the world would you take FSU?

Yeah I just looked at Wake's schedule. I might revise that and substitute WVU -20 vs Kansas. I like that one better.

On Bama already.

West Virginia and baylor might be my only other early plays.

Gonna see what DG has because too many times this year I've agreed with him and not ended up betting that game and it covers.

First look likely takes:

1. KY +7 vs. Sakerlina - not sure how USCe gets up for this game, they could go into the tank after the Mizzou derp.

2. Virigina -4.5 vs. Pitt - Pitt lost to Akron last week, and the Virginia D is very physical which could handle James Conner.

3. ECU -38 vs. SMU - No number is too large.

4. FIU +10 vs. FAU - This is a big rivalry game and the home team catching 10 points in intriguing. FIU pulled big upset @ UAB last week.

5. WVU -24 vs. KU - Going to Morgantown without a coach seems very dangerous.

6. TAMU PK vs. MSU - MSU's secondary can be exploited. The matchup does not seem in MSU's favor here.

weird that ECU is favored by more than both TCU and A&M

I was expecting the number to be over 40, so I'm seeing several points of value on ECU.

SMU has not scored a TD all season, they are historically bad this year.

I'll definitely fade SMU and Kansas this week. I think I like A&M, but not sure what that line will do during the week. Sportsbook hasn't posted yet, which is a disadvantage of trying to jump on early lines.

Since TAMU didn't cover last week, I suspect the public will be on MSU as the week goes along.

I don't think there will be huge splits as far as the public action goes, tho. I think 60-40 MSU at most.

My bookie is such a dick. Lines are just out and the OU line moved to 5.5 and the SMU line moved to fricking 39.5

You would think A&M will be able to attack MSU secondary

You better take it now - public is hammering Bama.

This may get to 7. I expect some resistance once it gets to that number.

I bet it at 5. Already at 6 on 5dimes. I think it settles around 7. I just think bama is way better than Ole Miss.

Personally, I wouldn't invest in Bama simply because laying close to a TD on the road seems like a tall task considering the game will likely be played in the 40s (two possibly elite defenses). If we were dealing with two elite offenses, I could make a case for laying the points with Bama.

This is Bama's first true road game with a 1st year QB, and Bama has never played against Freeze in Oxford. I don't see the last two years' results giving us much indication of what will happen this year.

I think the under is the play if the total is around 52 or so.
