ND -12 only play so far, Syracuse without leading wr. RB is apparently in a walking boot listed a day-2-day. That and it being Syracuse was enough for me to Go Irish.
Eta: ND down to -9 now.

Utah/Washington State UNDER 66.5
That is an interesting line. An average of 33 on both sides is high.

Also, really starting to like Duke ML, if GSU covers tomorrow I'm putting my winnings on it
Why does everyone love GSU tomorrow night? It's gone from -16 to -19.5 currently. That's a high line for a 2-2 team, IMO.
This doesn't fit the bill of the Thursday night dog. I'm thinking of a back door cover late in the game if the line continues to climb.

I don't play many totals, when I do they lose
I do like this one though which is why I am playing it
One total strategy I am considering is to take the opposite of my gut instinct on totals

I think Utah wins like 34-24ish. I think the under is a good bet.

Look at their losses, seconds away from beating NC St and Georgia Tech. Also they've easily covered every spread this year, and App st is not good

after losing to FSU by 32 last year.
plus, they were trailing both Old Dominion and Georgia Southern this year in the second half.
On the road to the eventual Nat Champs. FSU hasnt shown they are not the same type of team as last year
ODU isnt a juggernaut but they are 3-1 and beat Rice.
GA Southern lost by 4 to GA Tech they dont suck either
NC State has a knack for playing down to the competition

Y'all have some recommendations on some good follows on twitter? Not necessarily for picks (that too), but general betting tips, etc. as well?

What does everyone think of New Mexico +5.5 tomorrow night
New Mexico runs a triple option offense and almost never passes, and Fresno has given up 260+ on the ground in all of their FBS games this year.
Throw in the fact its a Friday Night road game in altitude and New Mexico is looking like a more appealing option here
Over might also be an option give how bad both defenses are

Saw App State crawled up to 19.5 this morning but I missed it. Grabbed them at +7.5, good strong number.
I'm now on all three dogs for tonight.
Arizona St +5 (x3)
Texas Tech +14.5 (x2)
App State +17.5

UCLA starting QB going to play?

What makes you this confident in Arizona State?
Is it just that UCLA hasn't played well at all this year?
I would lean Arizona State, but there is just no way I can have the confidence to actually bet it without Taylor Kelly in the lineup. He was a gigantic part of their offense and the other guy looked pretty terrible against Colorado 2 weeks ago. You just seem to be pretty sure of it since it's a 3 unit game for you.

I'm hearing yes, but it doesn't really factor into my reasoning at all because I think Neuheisel is a solid backup option. I see this game in a very similar light as I saw the LSU - MS State game last week. UCLA a little overrated and undefeated even though they havent played that well, ASU a little underrated. ASU should dominate the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, the numbers have the gap larger than the one I had in the LSU/MSU game last week. I don't think UCLA is going to be able to generate consistency on offense, which should do them in on the road on a Thursday night.
ASU backup QB does worry me, but they have a good track record of replacing starters over there since Todd Graham has been the coach.
I've been on ASU all season, I feel like they have been overlooked considering what they have accomplished since the beginning of last season.
