my page loads and all it says is Deposit Method Information will display here. Then shows 3 Graphics for Alternative/Western Union/Money Gram

That is what happened to me. Open a live chat and say you don't see the Visa processor. They will add it

I'd research it myself, but my work blocks a lot of sites.

No catch. There are some limits if you took the 5D sign up bonus though. (I think the max reduced bet you can place is then $50.)
Reduced is usually only available day of or day before games. Also, most of the spreads in there pay out better than the usual -110.
