I get burned a few times a year. A bad burn sets you back a week. My best season ever I ended 6K on the positive side, but still didn't go without a few burns.
Only a Iowa State over Oklahoma St. or Stanford over USC type burn will really kill you. And the idea is to avoid those.

I call my best friends on anything that sounds like bullshite. A little aggressive banter never hurt anyone. We don't need this thread to be all rainbows and unicorns. I'll be the first to say "nice work" when somebody cashes. You just can't be posting winners after the fact. Looking forward to pre-game contributions from our ML man here.

I'm throwing no stones at this logic. I'm guilty.
Also, am guilty of riding those ML's occasionally. No shame in it, as long as you win. I've had a lot of luck with that strategy.
ETA: tough loss on the UsCe game. Starting off 0-1. The books will need the head start
