Just locked in Clemson (-3)...I really like this one.
Also locked in Michigan State (-7)...I think Sparty's defense is too much and I just think Boise State list WAY too much to keep this within one TD

Ballsy. Any reason you like Ohio to cover?
Yes 18 returning starters 13 of them SR's.
In state game (like their superbowl of Ohio).
Best Dline in the MAC. Have a solid CB.
They have a Top QB and Top WR along with 4 returning starters on the Oline.
They have RB issues but Treadwells Kid is there and they also have Jack Snowball (real name) whose a frosh but a bruiser and never fumbled in is High School Career.
Coach Treadwell was D'Antoni's OC so he understands Ohio State atmosphere and the Big Ten.
Most of these SR's were on the team when they traveled to UF (Meyers last yr as a coach) and they played really tough and Covered the spread. so they understand Meyers mierda
They also covered against Mizzu last yr who was breaking in Franklin (he didnt play well) but they covered that ugly game.
Did you see Ohio States Scrimmage?
Braxton Miller looked terrible. He is similar to Franklin but Franklin can throw better so they already have game planned for a QB like that.
Plus Ohio State Loves play down to there competition and this is a perfect spot for the Redhawks to catch OSU sleeping
last time these teams played (2005 granted) score was 34-14
Just not sold on Meyer and his "juice" at least not week 1

I've decided to stay off the Mich v Bama game completely. My inclination would be to take a Michigan 1st half bet but you never know in these early season OOC showdowns. It appears there are a lot of Bama bettors in this thread. I'll be rooting for y'all!

Watch the Sugar Bowl game from last yr.
Denard was 9-21 for 117yds. 13yds rushing
45yds came on a total dogshite hail mary pass to Hemingway for a TD that should have been picked off to end the first half.
This years Bama's defense is just as good as Va Techs from last
Tousaint should be suspended but wont matter if he isnt. Back up RB is 5'6
There Dline lost there top guys. No Depth. Campbell lost 40lbs, but not sure if thats a good thing and he hasnt done anything yet to show he was a 5* recruit
Oline has NO depth and they just lost there back up guard this week.
Breaking in a new Center who played guard last yr (not a Barret Jones type player to make that move)
Pipkins hurt his neck (hes cleared but thats not good)
Roundtree had surgery and is till recovering.
42-17 type steam i invision

CFB props/futures placed:
LSU wins BCS Champ (+550)
Oklahoma not in BCS bowl game (+180)
West Virginia wins Big 12 (+500)
Boise State total wins over 9.5 (-140)
Boise State total wins over 10 (+200)
West Virginia total wins over 9 (+130)
also will be on LSU total wins over 10 once 5 dimes gets it posted again
Week 1 bets:
all over Bama vs. Michigan. first got on it at -7.5 and put additional $ down at -10.5, -11.5, etc. I see Bama winning easily.
tempted to put down on Penn State (-6) against Ohio. Like others have said in this thread Penn State has lost a ton but its at home and its against fricking OHIO.
also like Clemson (-3) against Auburn.
A&M (-7.5) @ La Tech

Ohio is going to be fielding the best team in the MAC
Passing on that game like the pics otherwise

Three week 1 favorites people are playing that I hate:
USCe -7 vs Vandy
Texas aTm -7.5 vs La Tech
Mich St -7 vs Boise St
You've got 3 games where the public is heavy on the favorite and the line isn't moving. Either syndicates are matching the bet or the books are happy taking a stand. Either way, ugh.

I wont be touching the USCe or Mich State games, but A&M is tempting to me even though they are a huge unknown. I may end up staying away from that one though. Will mainly come to down to whether I give in to the temptation of betting a Thursday night game.

Wellllll, fricking OHIO did win 10 games last year and as far as I know will be favorites to win the MAC this year.

Here is that week from Bet #13 to Bet #5. I forgot I had split my 7th & 8th bet into equal parts because I really wanted to bet the Oklahoma St 1st half -7 vs Tulsa and I didn't want to frick it up. The Ball St -3 bet was my original 7th bet and Houston -4 was the one I had added; which eventually lost. The final bet was $1369 to win $1190 which I won.
$31.50 to $2559 from the MNF games to the winning Oklahoma St bet.
If I wouldn't have fricked up and doubted my original Ball St intentions, the final tally would have been over $5K but I can't complain with the result.

Has anyone posted thoughts on Arizona-Toledo?

Nice run.
All 1st half lines in that stretch.
I didn't know the strength of La Tech at that point during week 3 of the season.
Seems like it's easier to pick 1st half lines in college vs pros.
