Really? He's won two events this year and is in the top five at US Open at the moment. While inconsistent, he is still capable of hitting the most amazing shots of any golfer in the world.

No doubt he's not what he was but are you saying he's not amount the top 10 this year?

ETA: just realized you were saying he's not THE best in the world. Which I actually can't argue with.
