In a place like LA, that’s a really tough sell for anyone under 21 which is the majority of undergrads. Making a fake ID work is much tougher in a big city because the bars don’t need under 21 business, and the owners are more sophisticated and stand to lose a much larger investment.
There isn’t really a lively club scene around Westwood.
