Here is the gist of what they are doing and this is going to be the most annoying part... Because it's really not that big of a deal:
They are going to announce the tournament rather quickly but they are going to leave out the locations until later. Gasp! Because we want to keep the ticket buyers in suspense and make them wait to buy their tickets as late as possible!
