Ravens would be jizzing themselves if Maxx Williams fell that far

In fact, if he last to even something like the 12th pick of the second round I think they'd be throwing themselves at teams to move up to pick him

Easily. I think a trio of Steve Smith (who is like the ageless wonder we thought Reggie Wayne was), Perriman and Maxx would be a nice core for Flacco.

Also, with the title game over, here's a morning bump to get this where it needs to be

If the Broncos do anything but take an offensive lineman in the first, I'll be pissed.

You want to make the pick so we can keep this going or should we just cue the Jeopardy music for Rouge?

Rouge is likely hanging out on the OT searching for poon. Letting him in was a rookie mistake.

Screw it, I'm the only Broncos fan in here so I'm taking this pick. Time is up, Rogue.

With their second round pick, the Broncos address the need for a versatile defender that can play standing up or on the line in Wade Phillips defense by selecting Mario Edwards, LB/DE, Florida State.

Crazy how deep this draft is in the front 7

Edwards has always been an underachiever but he's got all the talent in the world

Damn good pick, RedPants.

A pair of Florida State players to start the NFL Draft.

I love how he begged to get into this thing and then never shows up.

ETA: He didn't beg, but was one of the first to sign-up.

With no trades allowed, that means AD is off the table for the Cowboys. With that in mind, the Cowboys need running back help immediately, and instead of waiting to see what's still available late in the 3rd, they have to strike now.

With the 60th pick, the Dallas Cowboys select Jay Ajayi, RB, Boise State

Grew up in Texas, idolized Emmitt Smith, patterns himself after DeMarco (hopefully not the fumbling part), ran a 4.57 40 at the Combine and is a monster who knows where he wants to go and gets going quickly

With the 61st pick of the MSB NFL draft the Indianapolis Colts are sticking to the defensive side of the ball and going to select Grady Jarrett, Defensive Tackle, Clemson University

Grady has good leverage, strong hands, and the quickness to create disruption in the backfield both as a run defender and as an interior pass-rusher, just what the colts need to address their defensive line issues with rush defense.

Someone should just pick again IMO.

Yeah, he's my favorite back outside of the two first rounders and if there's no Peterson, they need someone who can take a majority of the snaps. He seems like the best version of a workhorse in this class

Not including Gurley in that statement I assume

I prefaced it with outside of the two first rounders, although that was a new sentence. I would've taken Gurley or Gordon if they were available, but Plan B is a solid option as well
