With the 48th pick in the MSB NFL mock draft the Chargers select:
Carl Davis DT Iowa
Reasoning: The bolts badly need a good run defender to anchor their 3-4 D. Davis is a good value here in the mid 2nd after being mocked in the late 1st.
The chargers have teams with good run games in their division and conference. Davis will help plug up that very leaky run D they had last year.

Reasoning: The departure of rodney hudson left a big hole in the chiefs oline(which under preformed last year). Grasu is athletic and can anchor the middle for the next decade.
He's a great fit for the chiefs zone blocking scheme up the middle and isn't afraid to go downfield. A mature leader that andy reid will love.
