Yeah no quarterback is going to do anything with this team as long as a 31-year old Willis McGahee is the only offensive threat on the roster.

I don't think I've ever seen an executive so mad about their team winning as Elway has been about the Broncos winning with Tebow.
Tebow is by no means good, but damn, he isn't getting any help from the front office in any way, shape, or form.
Elway is making the same face that fans of losing teams make when they win games at the end of the season and draft lower.

Even if it wasn't a "face mask" he tried to tackle Tebow by the helmet. That's got to at least be some kind of a personal foul.

We've seen flags for the QBs helmet being touched before. Brees on MNFand now Tebow have their helmets almost ripped off and no cal
