Please go to all Hawkeye all the time (I know RG says human better on red clay, I don't believe it).

I felt like Carlos was going to the moonball a bit much, but it has worked. He moonballs his backhand, then finds a forehand to rip.

Zreve had his chances….

When Alcatraz was down 0-40 and came back and held serve, that was it for the 5th set. Great match.

You don’t let Spanish or Italian players into 5th set. Their special powers will kick in

Bummed Zverev lost, was hoping he'd break through. Not sure he has that extra gear.

enjoyed it - I think new best for Zverev even though he didn't close it. Hope for even better to come for him.
Carlitos with a Yellow Gold Daytona on Oysterflex strap...not a bad trophy-hoist watch. Rolex ambassadors with the double podium yet again.

Love Carlos' drip this entire tourney - congrats to his jewelers, his hair stylist, and of course our good friends at Nike.

Mate, I read a term recently that describes you. You're the forum hypebeast.
I somewhat disagree on Carlos' outfit. He looked like a guy at the local park who pieced together whatever shorts and shirt were in his drawer.
It was an entertaining match. I wouldn't say it was high-quality. I felt like Zverev was taking over late in the second and early in the third set, then Carlos flipped all the momentum in the middle of it. When he didn't close out the set, I thought Zverev had him. It appeared that Carlos was trying to end points early near the end. I think he was concerned about cramping. It made for great shotmaking.

Not French Open related, but the two LSU doubles veterans are teaming up.
