You know, unless its a sexy pick you guys are going to constantly complain.
Witten isn't going to last forever, and Escobar is one of the 3 'big' tight ends. Tight end is a bigger need than running back. Maybe Jones could have gone with a safety, but this is still a good pick in my opinion.

No....that's one of the worst fricking picks I've ever seen. I can't believe we fricking picked that guy.

So we could've had Floyd and Lacy or Moore just by staying put and Barrett Jones will probably still be around in the 3rd. WTF
Where are the sunshine pumpers that were defending Jerrah this morning?

What's wrong with him?

What? We need OL, DL and Safeties BAD!
We have witten and Hanna. We don't need a TE AT ALL!
Stupid stupid stupid stupid stupid fricking pick

I understand that there are supposedly 10 safeties that can compete for starting jobs, I think that's what I heard, but do we have to take the tenth?

We wasted a pick on a player we don't need!

Witten is 31 in a few days, and has battled injuries. He is not going to last forever.
Hanna? Please...

Really thought they were gonna go S on that pick....this is insane....Jerry is just going senile. Im convinced they put everyone in a hat and are just picking names out of that hat and thats who they are drafting.

I think Jerry is drawing names out a hat.

this pick is indefensible.
This guy isn't going to taken Witten's spot any time soon. We already saw the Cows completely waste Martellus Bennett for several years doing this exact same thing. This is a completely wasted pick on a guy who will hardly play for the bulk of Romo's remaining good years. This does nothing to help the team NOW.
and I don't want to hear any shite about taking the best guy on the board either b/c they clearly didn't do that with their first round pick.

What safety would you take? Swearinger? The best options at safety are pretty gone at this point.

Im gonna sound like a Homer but in all honesty yes, I would. He graded out higher than Elam according to NFL.com

That right there should tell you something. We should have already taken a safety. We need someone to compete for the starting job now not 3 years down the road.

So should we draft a QB, DE and WR too? Because romo, ware and dez aren't gonna be there forever?
It's dumb to draft players for positions that we already have filled when we have soooo many holes at other positions. Mainly OL, DT, Safety and to a lesser extent RB

Look, I hate the Frederick pick, absolutely hate it, but I can see where people can at least defend that because it's a position of need. We took an at best second string TE in the 2nd round when we have more needs on the O-Line, need a DT and a safety because both of our starting safeties next year are coming off of injury.
There is absolutely no way in hell that you can defend this pick and be serious about it, and you rag on a 6th round selection last year who played reasonably well

Man, Floyd and Lacy would look damn good right now.
Or Reid and Lacy.
Or Elam and Lacy
