Because that game is always very close sans the abysmal showing in the NCG. 12 points is huge and the home team hasn't had great success in recent history in the series. No one thought LSU had a chance against em last year and had the game won until that defensive collapse. I expect the LSU offense to be a lot better than last year and the defense is still an LSU defense.

What would lead you to believe that Alabama is 2 touchdowns better than LSU?

Well these lines aren't randomly set, especially in high profile games.
Heck the fact that it's that high should make you stay away.

Just try to find the hedge in more "obscure" games.

I'm fully aware that the lines aren't randomly set. The guy asked why I took it and I provided my thought process. I expect that line will be somewhere around 7 by game time, if not lower.

Not getting into that on this board i guess i need to see how effectively LSU scores the ball up until then.

But you seriously see that line moving more than 5 pts along the way? huh

Yes I think the line will move a good bit by game time. I think LSU isn't getting much credit for their defense and I think they will be better than people think. Not saying I think LSU will win the game but I certainly think LSU can keep it within 2 touchdowns. I could be completely wrong, we will see in a few months what happens.

Didnt UNC put 50 on them last year. Seems like alot of mediocre teams scored at will on VT. Idk how improved they could be to withstand being on the field the whole game while saban pounds them with the chuck wagon

I know that them keeping it close against FSU last year costed my kids like 3 playstations. One of the few games logan frickhead thomas decided to suit up for

I seem to remember several of us on here taking a bath over that one

I 'd at this

And ChemE, what kind of score are you predicting? I just dont see any way Bama doesn't rush for 200 and put up at least 35
