I went to bed in the middle of the fourth thinking that there's no way in hell Isner beats David Nalbandian in a 5-set match.

So what happened? Cliff notes anyone?

I'm so done with him. For years I have hoped that he would win another championship and for years I have watched him fall out way to early. When in the early rounds we hear "he's in the best shape of his life" or "He's playing his best tennis right now." The only chance he gave us was that epic match against Fed three years ago.

Wimbledon last year is the perfect example.

I'll never be done. Til death (i.e. retirement) do us part.

Unfortunately Isner is about to run into Nadal, if he makes it past the next round anyway.

Haas gave Rafa a good fight and he's not on Isner's level. Unfortunately, Isner gets bad draws and really cannot beat Rafa. That is if Rafa is healthy.

He might have a shot against Nadal. He did push Rafa pretty hard last year at the FO. He probably needs to get through F Lopez pretty quickly though, can't afford another long match after that 5 setter last night

His biggest thing going for him is he strokes the ball with force, and he can reach almost anything with them long arms/legs.

Wowzers, I know they suck now, but Roddick/Hewitt is a super tasty second rounder. Should be going on at like 5:00 a.m. eastern.

The chair umpires in this tournament are being weird. Just now in the Ivanovic( ) match, her opponent hit the ball called out, and she accepted it. But the chair umpire said "Hey, do you want to challenge that? I think it was out, but you should challenge it." So it was challenged and overturned (called in). After the situation with Nalbandian last night, things are getting pretty weird.
