Off the Bench Producer

To the producer of the show/whoever posts their stuff to the podcast app…
I realize the show has taken a step down since Jordy left.. the best part of the show was they always had the best interviews (bc of Jordy) and posted the little 14 min segments on the podcast app
However, not posting the individual interviews to the podcast app… and half the time having the wrong episode - today they posted an episode from the Simone Biles Olympic stuff, a month ago - to sift through trying to find the interview you want to listen to (i.e. Woodward today) is so damn aggravating
Hunt and Hill are gonna quickly take over 1045 coveeage bc their producer knows how to single out their big 12 minute segments, also Hunt knows basketball and baseball..
Man its gonna be a tough year for Hester and TBob

The people running 1045 are running it into the ground.

If what you’re saying is true, whoever is uploading that needs to get their shite together. However I will say even though TD hates everyone besides Jordy, I don’t mind T-Bob and Hester’s show. It seems to me like just a bunch of guys hanging out. I don’t need some super serious show for the morning commute.

He’s just like his Pop. Just word vomits everything he possibly can which obviously gets annoying to the other hosts and especially listeners. He’s trying to be a Le Batard it almost seems. He does a great job with interviews but his scatter brained is crazy and in tune with 90s pop culture which is cool but I’m listening for sports not a pod cast. I use to listen every morning but now I just tune in for select interviews are if there is any breaking news. That’s mainly because I’m tired of hearing T-Bob, and frankly I feel bad for Hester. When T-Bob and Ole girl are on at the same time it’s a freaking nightmare to listen.

Tbob and Hester are great, but most of us don’t have 2 hours to listen to the whole show as a podcast. If they want listens, their producer needs to break out the interviews into individual segments like AFR does. Or at least time stamp different parts of the show like other podcasts. I’m not wading though multiple hour long chunks to find the good stuff.

I enjoy T Bob’s takes because he was an actual player. Sometimes his old stories put you right there in the locker room during the time span he played. I enjoy listening to that.
