I think he's pretty washed at this point but someone will take a chance and eat that.

I think Mac might be able to see him and throw the ball to him.

No one is paying $7.25M for half a season of a WR with 2,940 yards and 16 TDs in the last 5 seasons.
Would you seriously support a team paying $7.25 million for half a season of a WR with the production equivalent to 500 more yards and the same number of TDs as Randall Cobb since the start of the 2017 season?

Someone definitely will. Josh Gordon continues to get chances and he hasn’t played more than a handful of games in 5 years. Now, Gordon isn’t getting paid the big $$ any more, but he still gets his chances.
OBJ is under 30 and has a few good years left in him. He plays in a heavy run offense in Cleveland and Eli was struggling his last few years there as QB.

Someone will sign him, but it’s unlikely someone will claim him at that price

Yeah you misunderstanding how this works… at that price with his production it guarantees he will not be claimed… plus the fact that the Browns voided the last two years of the contract makes it even less likely… to be completely honest the Browns did OBJ a huge favor… this allows him to choose his team basically…
This opinion is unpopular because it’s fun to shite on OBJ right now… but whatever team he lands on expect the old OBJ… dude hasn’t had a top tier QB since he been in the league… a lot of those one-handed catches came out of necessity because where Eli was putting the ball… I truly expect a Randy Moss to the Patriots type scenario to play out in this case…

Several teams have that cap space right now. I posted those in the OP.
The Raiders need him, as well, and they were restructuring salaries last week.

Just because they have enough room doesn’t mean teams will pay that price.
You need space to operate under during the season and you get to roll over any left over cap space into next season so teams are very frugal this time of year.

The ravens have a ton of cap space like 11.2 mill. But he not worth that anymore.

Sheeeit.
Add OBJ to the Bengals and I'm not sure how they're not SB favorites.
LSU north would smash people.

You are confusing picking him up via waivers or as a FA. I could be wrong but I feel pretty confident in saying that a team is not going to pick up Odell through waivers. That would be paying him almost a mill per game for an offense he doesn’t know and on two shoulders that will require surgery in the off-season
It’s funny how the initial news was that the browns were being petty on not letting him pick his team back now making him almost a certain FA
