FWIW I agree with the OP. And any attention Alabama received last year, they obviously deserved.
This thread was not about Bama, so let's try to stick to the topic. Hijacking threads is at an all-time high for LSU fans right now and it makes us come across as insecure, guys.

so basically he just tried to argue that if OKie State had Nick Saban as a head coach and had won the National Championship two years earlier it would have affected their perception of the team last year...WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS THREAD

But you and you ilk turned this into an anti-bama thread because it had to word "darling" in it, and because I'm a Bama fan, and you will use any excuse to bitch about not winning the title last year.

to me, the biggest problem i would have had with the whole BCSNCG is if LSU would have lost in the SEC title game, and bama got in instead... to me, that would have been a real injustice
FWIW, i didn't have a problem with bama getting in the championship game, but i still mess with bama fans for having to use a mulligan...i don't think OSU was better than alabama either...
i still think it should be 2 out of 3 though
