Not the most gorgeous campus I've seen, but overall Austin seemed fine. As for shittiest city, Killeen has to be in that running.

Lubbock and Amarillo are west Texas and panhandle…not good. East Texas aint that bad as far as small towns go. Paris, Texarkana, Tyler, etc
