The right call there. He stepped out of bounds. It was barely out, but it was obvious on both views.
Michigan got bailed out there and people claiming how great Clausen is when he gets 40+ yards and a TD on a fraking screen had it held up show how easy stats for a QB can be overstated.

No, but his heel hit the ground. You can just look at the angle his foot is at, and its obvious. Not sure if it is conclusive to everyone though, so it was a call that can go either way.
